If you have small children is there a way to open it from the side opposite of the lock if the child does not know to turn the knob?

A. The Weslock 1710I cannot be opened from the outside of the door without turning the knob. A lever might be a better option for small children. They would only have to push down on the lever to open the door.

What is the total height of the premiere rossette versus the sutton rossette?

A. The Weslock Premiere rosette measures 5" tall while the Sutton measures 7 5/8" tall. Both are 2 3/4" wide.
