Great value I purchased these for a new home I was building in NC. They were delivered very quickly. They look great and feel quite sturdy - good value for the price. One knob arrived dented. I called the customer service number and a replacement knob was shipped to me within a couple of days at no charge. I even changed the order (from a passage to a keyed knob) without any problems. Solid exterior knob I recently ordered Weslock Impressa knobs for 18 doors in my home and am completely happy with the purchase. These aren’t high-end but a great, very reasonably priced knob. The parts are all metal and have a nice solid feel. I feel good about having these on my exterior doors. April 27, 2011
great looking vintage feel! These are the best looking knobs! I looked everywhere online and in stores and couldnt find anything that came close to the look I was going for. These are spot on! The only flaw, and its probably mine is that one of my doors is thicker than the other and therefore it doesnt click and automatically unlock when it is opened like it is supposed to. (I keep my keys on so I dont randomly get locked out) So I highly reccommend making sure you measure before purchasing. Other than that I love these knobs. I have them throughout the house and they give it a beautiful vintage feel. September 17, 2010

Is the back plate also present on the interior side of the door? If not, can I get it?

A. The Weslock 3740I is a single cylinder keyed knobset. This item will look just the same on the enterior besides the key hole on the inside of the knob. It will be a thumbturn instead. Knob and backplate included on both sides.
