Weslock Tramore Left Handed Single Cylinder Entry Set with Keyed Exterior Durham Knob and Interior Knob/Lever Options

This Single Cylinder Entry Set Features a Single Cylinder Deadbolt with a Single Cylinder Exterior Durham Knob (Interior Knob/Lever options in Handle Style Section above). The deadbolt and the knob can both be locked and unlocked by a key from the exterior and by a turn latch/button from the interior. Your Knob/Lever choice will be for the the Interior Side Only (the exterior piece is always a Durham knob no matter which interior piece you select). Make your interior selection under the "Handle Style" selection above (price is included). The interior piece is a 1 piece escutcheon.

  • Meets ANSI A 156.2 Grade II lock standards
  • 5-pin Cylinder
  • Removable knobs/levers prevents scratching during installation
  • Solid Molten Bronze Construction
  • 1 Inch throw deadbolt with two hardened steel rollers which prevents sawing
  • The adjustable Latches include removable faceplates

Not a chintzy handleset This Weslock handleset is made of a very heavy cast metal, is not tinny or cheap feeling at all. The color is darker in person than the web pic shows. I ordered the oil rubbed bronze, and it was mostly black. The knob seems to stick a little when you go to turn it. I think the more it gets used, it will work itself in. I do not like the button behind the knob, for the setting the lower lock from inside. It is hard to use and easy to hit without meaning to when you grab the handle. The positives of the set are the looks, and price, and weight. It looks great, and gives an older, very traditional, and worn in feel. The price in comparison to many other brands is much lower for something other than a "builder grade" product. The weight also adds to making it look and feel like a much more expensive set. Fair warning, I'm a handy person, and the instructions were a little lacking. Overall, for the price I don't think I could have gotten a nicer handleset. August 21, 2010

I HAVE to know the width of the plate. There have been conflicting widths and I want this product but have limited space for to do this if the plate is to wide! This measurement has to be exact!

1. Is the exterior knob Wexford or Durham style? I want the knob to be keyed like the deadbolt. 2. Can I specify a Schlage 5-digit key code for this Weslock handleset?

A. Thank you for your question. The exterior knob on the Weslock 7651-LH is a Weslock knob. The item can be keyed to a Schlage 5-digit key code. It must be specificed at time of order placement that it is a Schlage key code you are using. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance. Thank you.

Do you offer this same product with a double cylinder deadbolt?

A. Unfortunately, Weslock does not have this entry set in a double cylinder version.

Will this work on a 1 3/8" door?

A. The Weslock 7651-LH is designed for doors that are between 1-3/4" and 2".

Does the interior side of the set have a backplate as well?

A. The Weslock 7651-LH has a few different interior handle style options, they can in viewed under the Handle style selection box. As pictured they will have a rosette, but not a backplate.
